Dettighofen, February 19, 2020 (Ambition AG) – We are surrounded by a dense network of electromagnetic waves around the clock. But life without mobile phones, laptops and tablets is no longer imaginable today And no one wants to do without these modern advances, which undoubtedly make daily life easier. However, the electromagnetic radiation emitted by these devices harms organisms, as has already been proven in numerous studies.
Invisible force fields surrounding every electrically powered device generate electric and magnetic fields. To meet the growing human-caused demand for electricity and constantly evolving technologies, more and more artificial sources of such electromagnetic fields have been created. These include power lines, transmission towers, transformers, mobile and Wi-Fi networks, computer and TV screens, and microwave ovens, to name just a few. As a result, we live in a dense fog of electromagnetic waves, also known as electromagnetic radiation (EMR). This radiation is about 100 to 200 million times more intense today than it was 100 years ago.
The consequences of radio wave exposure include health problems such as sleep disturbances, depression, headaches, heart problems, dizziness, visual disturbances, tinnitus, fatigue, as well as brain dysfunction and some types of cancer associated with harmful electromagnetic radiation (EMR). Nevertheless, wireless technology is used far too carelessly. This is certainly also due to the fact that you cannot taste, smell, see or hear the electromagnetic radiation.
Electromagnetic fields as the largest environmental pollution factor worldwide
Numerous scientific studies (source: Zentrum-der-Gesundheit.de) now demonstrate the link between electromagnetic radiation (EMR) and many health problems. Dr. Robert Becker is not only a physician and researcher, but also an expert on electromagnetic radiation. He has expressed his concerns about electrosmog as follows: “I have no doubt that the biggest global pollution factor at the moment is the spread of electromagnetic fields. I consider this far more worrying than global warming […] and the proliferation of chemicals in the environment.” Dr. Becker has been nominated for the Nobel Prize twice and is the author of the book “Cross Currents: The Perils of Electropollution.”
International scientists and researchers warn of dangerous mobile phone technology
With 5G, the fifth generation of mobile communications, a mobile communications technology is in the starting blocks that is set to revolutionize our lives. Smart cities, autonomous cars, intelligently networked home technology, wirelessly transmitting vast amounts of data in real time, intelligent power grids, machine-to-machine communication, and new industries and services created by this technology. Dreams are already brewing that Germany will catapult itself to the digital forefront with the new generation of mobile networks and finally catch up.
But the fifth generation of mobile communications (5G) brings even more health risks. There is increasing evidence that this technology is associated with serious health problems. In Germany alone, more than 1.5 million electrohypersensitive people are currently struggling with serious health problems. Headaches, fertility risks, sleep and concentration disorders, and even an increased risk of cancer have been proven to be consequences frequently enough.
The electromagnetic radiation exposure of the environment increases with 5G
What exactly does the significant increase in exposure of living beings to high-frequency electromagnetic fields in the range of 3500 MHz in the estimated mid-frequency range of 5G mean compared to 1900 – 2100 MHz for 4G? The significantly reduced range of the transmitters will further increase the electromagnetic radiation exposure in the environment. The possible consequences associated with the speed and widespread expansion of an unmanageable number of new transmission systems, however, have been less researched.
However, electromagnetic radiation exposure not only has a negative impact on humans and animals, but also on nature. Forest dieback has been observed in areas with high levels of radio frequency radiation. In these areas, trees suffer particularly severe damage, not only on mountain ridges but also in the valleys where mobile phone transmitters are proliferating. With the advent of digital television 10 years ago, analog television was replaced, with the result that the industry multiplied transmission power.
Scientific studies now prove that electrosmog affects living organisms and causes damage even below the applicable limits. As early as 2015, a group of 159 scientists appealed to the UN Secretary-General and the Director-General of the WHO to urgently review the current limit values.
