Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AMBITION AG, Oberdorfstraße 11, CH-8505 Dettighofen, Telephone Switzerland: +41 (0) 44 481 4900, Telephone Germany: +49 (0) 7221 401 3711, Email: mail@ambition.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The consumer has no right of withdrawal in the case of contracts for goods which are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
General information
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, if possible, with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to adequately protect it from transport damage.

2.3. Customers from Germany , EU and worldwide , Please send the goods ONLY to our Warehouse in Germany . Address: ww-Vertrieb GmbH, Leutesheimer Straße 64, D-77694 Kehl - Please note that the above-mentioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Returns from abroad
The German right of withdrawal applies equally abroad.
