Dettighofen, May 11, 2020 (Ambition AG) – Expert interview with Gregor von Drabich-Waechter.
OTC: With the warmer seasons just around the corner, hydration becomes even more important. Why should hydration be a priority for people?
GvD: Quite simply, because an adult human body is made up of more than 70% water. Hence the guidelines of various societies that recommend consuming at least 1.5 liters of water daily.
OTC: Now drinking at home is no problem, but on the go?
GvD: That's right. If you're at home, it's easy, since you always have tap water available. But there are also good options for on the go. The good old drinking bottle is simply ideal. However, you should stay away from plastic products.
Truly sustainable products, for example, are made of stainless steel. They are significantly more durable, last far longer than their plastic counterparts, and—with double-walled designs—have the advantage of keeping cold drinks cold and warm drinks warm. These aren't new discoveries, but sometimes it's worth returning to old values. An important detail: drinking is even more enjoyable with a smaller opening. Many people are surely familiar with the problem of wanting to drink while driving, for example, only for the drink to spill all over their shirt after driving over a bump—a truly unsightly situation. An ergonomic opening helps here. Incidentally, the type of drink is also important.
OTC: Which drinks do you recommend?
GvD: In the coming spring and summer months, soft drinks may be tasty, but they're often not really helpful. They usually make you even thirstier. Tea—preferably unsweetened—is a more than good alternative. Ultimately, though, plain water is the best idea. Everyone has access to it; just turn on the faucet at home and fill up the water bottle. Unfortunately, the product from the tap is rarely in ideal condition.
OTC: What condition should water be in?
GvD: Let's consider the water supply in our metropolitan regions. Drinking water from underground springs for millions of people is pumped from far away via pumping stations, and combined with surface water, it is produced in water treatment plants. However, to filter out all micro-residues, it must be massively treated. Be it with ozone, chlorine, or other additives. All of this to produce clean food. However, clean doesn't always mean pure, and energetically ideal water would be so-called hexagonal water. However, this isn't possible after the treatment processes mentioned; it can, however, be regenerated.
OTC: Explain the term “hexagonal water”
GvD: This is about the structure of water. Not all water is created equal. This is particularly clearly demonstrated by the famous photographs of water crystals by the Japanese artist Masaru Emoto. His works showed the most diverse crystal shapes – from clumped water clusters from the domestic water pipe to fresh and undamaged ones from spring water, a hexagonal water. Thanks to its hexagonal structure, this type of water is much more easily permeable to cells. This means that its function within our bodies is significantly enhanced. This allows cellular waste products and other waste substances to be transported out of the body more effectively, while at the same time, the necessary nutrients reach the cells more easily. A crucial aspect that is not always given the necessary attention.
OTC: And how do we all get to enjoy this water?
GvD: At ambition.life, we're committed to sustainability, health, and well-being. We've developed a wide range of products for this purpose. Our special drinking bottle, for example, is perfect for drinking on the go. It energizes water and restores its hexagonal structure. It even comes with a two-year guarantee. This way, you can access good, powerful water anywhere and keep your hydration levels perfectly under control.
