ENERGY VIBRATIONS OF MATTER ARE MEASURED IN BOVIS UNITS

With our Bovis scale, you can measure the energy vibrations of "matter" : water, food, medications, cosmetics, as well as offices, homes, and places of power. A healthy person has approximately 8,000 Bovis units (= BE). 6,500 BE is considered neutral. Food should therefore not have less than 6,500 BE, as otherwise it absorbs more energy than it gives. Remedies have approximately 12-14,000 BE, and tap water 1,000-4,000 BE. Tests in supermarkets have often measured only 1,000 BE for fruit and vegetables, while up to 20,000 BE have been measured for food from one's own garden.

Instructions for commuting

1. Formulate a simple and clear question*.
   
2. Sit upright in a quiet, undisturbed place with both feet firmly on the ground and take a few deep breaths. Connect with your soul, your higher self, or Source. The pendulum template is in front of you.
3. Take your pendulum in your hand and rest your elbow on the table. The pendulum is now suspended above the pendulum board.
4. Relax your mind and let go of all expectations.
5. Speak your question out loud or mutter it quietly to yourself. Now stay completely focused on this question, repeating it constantly, even mentally.
6. Allow yourself at least 20 seconds until the pendulum's movement is clear and distinct. Stay relaxed but focused.

* Avoid negatives and complex questions; instead, ask several simple questions. Since the future is not determined, don't ask questions about the future.

Example: How many Bovis cells does this food have? Is this food good for me? Negative example: Should I perhaps visit Aunt Erna tomorrow morning?
