Masaru Emoto was the first to photograph frozen water crystals. Under the most challenging conditions, he captured breathtaking images of water from all over the world – fascinating impressions that open our senses and hearts to the profound message of words, thoughts, and feelings. After all, our human body is made up of about two-thirds water.
So what effect do the works of our famous composers, the melodies of international folk songs, or heavy metal music have on us? How does water react to meaningful words in different languages? These images are both enchanting and shocking, for they prove: water is alive!
His Work received high international recognition. In complex series of experiments, he demonstrated that the true quality of water, which eludes laboratory analysis, is revealed in its ice crystals.

Introduction
My study of water began after an encounter with the great water researcher Dr. Lee H. Lorenzen. I met him at the University of California at Berkeley, where he was studying biochemistry. Later, Lorenzen made a name for himself with the development of microcluster water. From that encounter onward, I was fascinated by the study of water, and I wanted to learn more about its properties. I wondered if there were devices that could measure and see something like the quality of water. Eventually, it was Dr. Lorenzen who told me about a device that supposedly made it possible to measure the vibration of liquids. It was a so-called Magnetic Resonance Analyzer (MRA). At that time, the MRA was used in America for homeopathy.
It was actually quite obvious that with this device, one could also study the vibrations of water. I immediately thought of studying Dr. Lorenzen's microcluster water. Hoping to advance my research more quickly, I bought this device and took it with me to Japan. We call the world of subtle energies connected to consciousness HADO, a synonym for chi. We discovered that people's health can be improved through HADO water (the HADO information is imprinted on the water with the MRA). As I continued my studies of water, I wanted to take pictures of various frozen water crystals. These images provided me with a wealth of experience.
These faces of water were so wonderful that I wanted to share them, and so I decided to publish this illustrated book, " The Message of Water ." Water, people, and the Earth. Just as the Earth's surface is 70 percent covered by water, the human organism in adulthood consists of 70 percent water. At the moment of conception, when the mother's egg is fertilized by the father's sperm, the water content is as high as 95 percent! This means that humans develop almost entirely from water. Humans are surrounded by various bodies of water throughout their lives.
Most of the planet's water, apart from rainwater, groundwater, and lakes, swamps, and rivers, is in the oceans. Some floats in the atmosphere as clouds and fog. Snow and ice in the mountains, and glacial ice at the poles, were also once water. As I continued my research, I was no longer sure whether the water I was working with was pure or impure, and what that meant for the human body. No one, except perhaps water researchers, knows the exact answer. Water always appears the same to our eyes, regardless of its composition.
What is the difference in the information contained in different types of water? Is there a way to see this? While I was thinking about this, I found a book called "The Day that Lightning Chased the Housewife" (edited by Julia Leigh and David Savold, Shobun-sha Publishers). This book contains 50 questions, including the following: "Do all snow crystals have the same shape? " The answer was that snow has been falling to Earth for billions of years, and each snow crystal is different.
